Managing 50, 100, or 500 biometric devices has always been a dashboard marathon – login, scroll, filter, check logs, repeat. For partners handling multiple client accounts, it’s even worse.
That changes today.
With our new MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, clients and partners can now monitor devices from anywhere using any AI assistant, without even opening the dashboard.
🔑 How It Works
- Generate a Client Key & Passcode
- Login once to your Cams dashboard
- Go to MCP Setting → MCP Pass Key Generation

- Connect to Your AI Assistant
- Open Claude / GPT / Gemini / Copilot
- Add the Cams MCP connector ( Click here to learn how to connect your AI platform with the CAMS Biometrics system)
- Copy the prompt from your MCP pass key generation by clicking on Copy Prompt
- Paste the prompt into your Cams MCP connected AI platform

- Ask in Natural Language
- “List the device inventory for client ABC Pvt. Ltd”
- “Reset the queue for device SN123456789”
- “Check if my device SN123456789 is online”
- “What is the transaction summary of my device SN123456789 for today?”
- “Check the license expiry date of my device SN123456789”
